IPT - Frustrated To The MAX!!

So, I'm dropping IPT at the end of Year 11 because I suck at it, I don't like it, it's not going to help me in the future, and I really shouldn't have changed Chemistry to IPT at the last minute because now I REALLY need Chemistry and I do NOT need IPT. I don't like walking into IPT knowing that I'm not going to gain anything by sitting there for an hour when I could be in Chemistry at that moment doing something and learning something that I will use once I leave school.

I don't like that I get constantly monitored while I'm on the computer because I'm not the only person in the class that goes on websites other than what we're supposed to. I will not mention their names.

I really can't wait to drop it so that I get free periods where I can do something USEFUL like studying.

Project Journal

Ok, so I accidentally closed the window with my last project journal without saving so now I have to type it all out again... -.-

So when we first received the assignment, Natalie wanted to do a nightclub with bands. So we went with that idea because Melanie and I had no other ideas.
We had to create a floorplan, brochures, posters, flyers, tickets and a database with information about everything.
We all chose what we wanted to do.
Natalie straight away said that she was going to create the tickets, posters, flyers and brochures. She also said that she was going to create a list of the bands that she wanted to play there.
Brianna chose to do the floorplan and anything else that she could try to help with.
Melanie chose to create any graphics that Natalie didn't want to do and also the Gantt Chart.
All three of us have to try and work on the database. Although, at the moment, Melanie is working on it the most. With the help of Mr Lennon.

Choosing the name for the club was difficult -.- Our friend suggested "Eshays" because it would have sounded really cool and Melanie and I agreed that that would be a great name for the nightvlub. However, Natalie was not impressed with it and wanted KidRock. So now the nightclub is called KidRock. And yes, I am aware that there is a music artist called KidRock -.-

Assignment Job List Thing?

Assignment - Numerical Information Systems

So we're supposed to be doing an assignment and I still don't really understand everything that we're doing. We have to do a suvey and create a blog about it and there's something about a journal, but after reading the assignment sheet, I still don't understand everything.

Duplex and Stuff...

Duplex means that you can send and recieve data from a device. Eg. phones, PCs... It can also be known as Full-Duplex or Double Duplex.

Half duplex means that you can send and recieve data just only one way at a time. Eg. Walkie Talkies

No USB

I left my USB with all of my work on it in the computer and someone has stolen it... Uh-oh...
